Yes, if installed incorrectly you can have serious damage to your buildings roof. Dwight's has trained professionals that will correctly install your system, and ensure your buildings structural integrity will not be compromised.

If you install panels on your roof and the building is insured, your insurance company will be obligated to insure them.

[ top of page ] What is the best scenario for installing solar panels ?
When building a new home you can design it with solar passive design concepts and the correct slope on your roof facing south. A flat roof with tar will make a very simple install with the proper racks. Any home can have solar panels installed with the proper preparation and planning.

Maybe.. We do not suggest installing the system yourself unless you have experience in the industry.

[ top of page ] How many solar thermal panels would I need to take care of all my domestic hot water needs ?
This all depends on the number of people living in the household. How much laundry, dishes, showers, etc. etc.
